Mr. Kelly is the senior litigation partner of Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker. He maintains a litigation and counseling practice primarily focused on business law and commercial litigation. His experience includes representing businesses in cases involving civil rights litigation, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge and employment agreements. Mr. Kelly has represented the firm's clients in state and federal courts in Ohio, California, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas. The firm's clients have been represented by him in trials, on appeals, before administrative agencies such as state civil rights commissions and the EEOC, mediations and arbitrations.

Mr. Kelly brings his firm's philosophy of service and commitment to every client's issues and concerns. His personal goal as an attorney and counselor is to understand his client's needs, and then efficiently achieve the best result possible.
