Michael R. Yeazell's areas of practice are commercial transactions, commerical litigation, small business, and estate planning.  Yeazell guides purchasers and sellers of real estate through due diligence, closing, and construction phases.  Yeazell has represented multiple small businesses in the purchase of real estate and assets, including several quick-service restaurant franchises and a high-end stationary company.  Yeazell works closely with Safelite Agency, Inc., the firm's wholly owned title company, to close multimillion dollar commercial transactions.  Both the firm and the title company count several local and regional banks as clients.  Yeazell's work with the title company affords him key banking relationships, and a deep knowledge of secured transactions as well as the complexities of the title insurance industry.

Yeazell helps small businesses with complex contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, leases, and business formation.

Yeazell's commercial litigation experience includes representation of both banks and borrowers through the new foreclosure process introduced in Ohio in late 2008.  Yeazell also aides clients in the recording mechanics of liens and collecting on those liens when payment from the debtor cannot be secured.

Yeazell's well-rounded commercial transaction and litigation experience coupled with an efficient approach to the practice of law permits him to be more than a client's attorney and line item expense on your company's books, rather a valuable member of your determined to bring you company success.
