James M. Kelly: Our firm's been in existence since 1965, and we are considered a general practice law firm, which means we do work in real estate, we do work in estate planning and probate, we do work in business litigation, civil litigation, personal injury law, domestic relations including child support, custody, divorce. We also do work in adoptions. We have a philosophy in our law firm that the practice of law is based upon respect, trust, and confidence that runs from us to the client and the client back to us.
We value our relationships with our clients whether it's a small corporation, whether it's a person who just wants to buy a piece of real estate, a young adult caring for an elderly parent, whether it's somebody who's been hurt in a traffic accident, whether it's someone who wants to adopt a child. It does not matter to us how big or how small the situation may be because we have 21 attorneys, and someone on our staff can answer and help the legal need of everyone that comes through our door.
