Daniel J. Temming

Dan Temming was born and raised in Cincinnati, attending St. Xavier High School, Xavier University, and the University of Cincinnati. Dan began practicing law in November, 1979, and became a partner/shareholder at Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker in 1991. He retired in 2019.

Dan's practice concentrated on litigation, focusing on personal injury practice (plaintiff), as well as probate/trust/will disputes. He handled cases in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky (State and Federal Courts).

Dan has also served the City of Mt. Healthy in various roles beginning in 1981, including as Magistrate from 1999 to 2014 and Assistant Law Director from 1981 to 1999. He has acted as Mt. Healthy's Law Director since 2016.
