Safe Title Agency turns 40

Safe Title Agency, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of RKPT, celebrated its 40^th anniversary in April. Safe Title regularly handles all types of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial. While Safe Title has long standing relationships with several local lending institutions whereby it closes almost all of their mortgage loans, over the years Safe Title has provided title and closing services for virtually every local bank, savings and loan, and numerous national lenders. Safe Title also works closely with many residential and commercial builders and developers with acquisition, construction and permanent financing assistance.

Safe Title is not nearly as big as many local title agencies, but that is intentional. Its small staff is very experienced, and they excel in making complicated transactions easy for the clients. Jack Tucker has been practicing law in the real estate area for more than 30 years and has served as Safe Title’s president since 1985.
