RKPT was ranked 9th out of 72 companies who earned the Top Workplaces Award in the small company category (149 employees or less)
130 Cincinnati area employers made the Top Workplaces list out of 1,876 organizations that were invited to participate. There were 3 categories based on number of employees in the region: Large Company (500+), Mid-Size Company (150-499) and Small Company (50-149).
The Top Workplaces Award is based solely on employee feedback. A 24-question survey collects feedback from a company’s employees and compares the results to similar-sized organizations. Based on the responses, organizations that exceed benchmark scores within each group make the awards list. The more positive the responses, the higher the score and thus the higher the rank.

Being recognized as a Top Workplace is so very important to us because the award is based on what our employees think about the culture, management, leadership and direction of the firm.
