Mike Friedmann joined Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker in 2025 as an associate in the firm’s litigation practice. Mike’s practice is diverse and includes experience in general litigation, business disputes, and appellate issues. He also provides advice to clients on general business matters, including business formation and contract review and drafting.
Prior to joining RKPT, Mike served in the civil division as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Hamilton County, Ohio. In this role, he represented various County offices in state and federal courts in both the trial and appellate level. Mike also served as general counsel for the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners, providing legal guidance on contract matters and public records law to multiple County offices. Additionally, Mike worked as an associate at a small civil firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he represented individuals and businesses in litigation, commercial transactions, and estate planning.
A Cincinnati native and sports fan, Mike is a supporter of the Reds, Bengals, and FC Cincinnati. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
