Margaret M. Johnson

Margaret Johnson is an attorney with Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker and advises businesses of all sizes. Her practice includes business formation and structure, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and complex merger and acquisition transactions.

Previously in her career, Margaret served as in-house counsel for a multinational Fortune 500 corporation as well as for a large, national private company. Her in-house experience gives Margaret a practical, business-focused approach. She advises businesses on challenges that come with implementing complicated legal and regulatory requirements in a way that aligns with business goals.

Margaret started her legal career in a large local law firm. Before law school, she worked in client services at a marketing design agency, a role that cemented her motivation to serve businesses and the greater Cincinnati community.
