Adam J. Turer

Adam Turer joined Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker in 2018 with extensive civil litigation experience. His practice primarily focuses on banking and real estate litigation, including contract drafting, loan workouts, and land title disputes. Adam represents individual clients in both personal and business disputes, focusing on resolving and enforcing breach of contract claims. In addition, he represents clients in domestic relations and child custody matters.

Adam has obtained summary judgment for plaintiffs and counterclaim defendants in numerous civil matters, has served as first chair in nearly 100 bench trials, and has successfully argued in front of appellate courts throughout Ohio. Adam is a skilled communicator and is efficient in resolving matters through settlement or judgment in his client’s favor.

Adam devotes his free time to bettering his community, and his service was recognized with the Greater Cincinnati Foundation's 2018 Emerging Philanthropist Award. Adam is the director of Saturday Hoops and Dribblethon, past president of the Anderson Township Little League baseball program, and a basketball coach at Summit Elementary. A one-to-one mentor through the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative since 2014, he also helps to shape CYC's future as a member of its volunteer committee.
