Sarah Watson Besse

Sarah joined Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker in 2021 and her practice focuses on advising businesses at every stage of their lifecycle, from formation through growth, restructuring, and exit. With a practical, business-oriented approach, Sarah partners with clients to navigate complex legal matters while keeping their strategic objectives front and center.

Sarah has experience in business formation and financing, assisting entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies in selecting appropriate entity structures, drafting governing documents, and securing capital through debt and equity financing arrangements. She also advises businesses on corporate reorganizations, helping companies adapt to changing business needs, optimize organizational structures, and address tax and operational considerations.

Additionally, Sarah’s practice includes representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions transactions, guiding clients through all phases of a transaction—from due diligence and negotiation to structuring and closing—helping to ensure efficient execution and risk mitigation.

Sarah and her husband, Jake, currently live in Norwood with their daughter.
