Kathleen joined Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker with a practice focused on employment law and business matters, advising both individuals and companies on workplace issues and organizational strategy. With a business background from Ohio State University and a law degree from University of Cincinnati College of Law, she brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach, particularly when working with small and family-owned businesses.
Coming from a multi-generational family of attorneys, she developed an early understanding of the profession’s responsibility and impact. She is known for her attention to detail, positive outlook, and ability to connect with clients. She prioritizes clear communication and ensures clients feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Kathleen’s approach is confident, adaptable, while being grounded in active listening, thoughtful analysis, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
She is actively involved in the Cincinnati Bar Association and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
