Attorney Emily C. Harmon first joined Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker as a law clerk in 2024, and the firm welcomed her as a full-time associate in 2025. Emily concentrates her practice in the areas of general civil litigation and personal planning. She enjoys using her legal knowledge to help clients achieve a fair and favorable outcome in disputes, and peace of mind that their family’s future is secure.
Prior to joining the firm, Emily worked at a respected Louisville, Kentucky law firm and served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Butler County Court of Common Pleas. In those settings, she was known for her tireless work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, traits that have served her well in her current role.
Emily hails from Liberty Township originally and now makes her home in Norwood. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees, and of the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, Emily was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, the UC Admissions Team, and served as President of the UC Women in Law organization.
When not serving her clients and supporting her colleagues, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, coaching students in competitive dance to help them achieve their goals, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
