A well-established, growing, mid-sized Cincinnati-based firm is seeking an attorney for its corporate department. Qualified candidates should have experience in transactional work, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and real estate transactions. Some portable business is ideal. This position offers immediate client interaction. $150,000 - $200,000 annually
To be considered, you will meet the following requirements:
- Juris Doctor
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- Minimum of 7 years transactional law experience including corporate and real estate transactions
- Computer proficient
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, decisiveness, and problem solving
- Some portable business is ideal
